Dr. Glenn Maron and his clinical staff have been outstanding from beginning to end. Dr. Maron is caring, compassionate, and gentle, and he has made a tremendous difference in my care. He is easy to talk to, takes the time to listen, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. His clinical team has always been kind, professional, and supportive, and I truly appreciate the quality of medical care I have received.
Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative side of the practice has been the complete opposite. Since November 2024, I have dealt with numerous administrative staff members due to what seems like a constant turnover. Despite the revolving door of employees, I have consistently experienced poor communication, unreturned phone calls, and a lack of follow-through.
The administrative staff has been frustrating to work with and often seems unfamiliar with the insurance process. Rather than advocating for patients and helping navigate insurance issues, I have repeatedly felt left to manage those challenges on my own.
Dr. Maron and his clinical staff deserve five stars for the excellent care they provide. Sadly, the administrative support provided by the company that now owns the practice falls far below that same standard. I sincerely hope the organization addresses these ongoing issues because the quality of the front office does not reflect the exceptional care provided by Dr. Maron and his clinical team.
