Patient Review

The front desk was atrocious from my last visit in 2023. I remember booking my appointment and repeatedly asking them to run my insurance and let me know of any bills I would have to pay. I was dismissed repeatedly until my appointment with Dr. Kumicheal. The consultation was very brief as I only spoke to the doctor for a few minutes and was left alone to watch a video of what would occur during surgery. As my appointment was over, I was held up to pay for an $300 consultation fee that was never mentioned. I’m still irritated for never getting my issue resolved even after paying. I reached out years later if there was an option and was ghosted.
